WE NEED
AN INFORMATION SECURITY AWARENESS & TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
• To be a key team member supporting the delivery of the Bank’s Information Security Awareness & Training (ISAT) program for the Americas & EMEA regions, promoting cyber risk awareness globally
• To deliver essential support to the ISAT program, maintaining program documentation, processes, formal procedures and being instrumental in ensuring program compliance
• To be a key enabler in the scheduled distribution of training, communications and other materials to technical/non-technical personnel, educating a high-risk global audience in how best to mitigate against cyber attacks
• To provide essential support for internal and external reporting, playing a vital part in audit requests, regulatory reporting and providing high level standards of responsive documentation.

THE ROLE
Support the Security Awareness Lead function with the following:
• Maintenance and administration of the ISAT program in support of the Banks Global Security program
• Tracking/reporting on program compliance and training materials by utilizing the LMS, metrics, dashboards and other reporting tools
• Planning, preparation and scheduling delivery of simulated phishing campaigns (a key education stream) as well as the monitoring of follow up training, compliance and reporting
• Project management support in the implementation, testing and delivery of e-learnings for global delivery on the Learning Management System
• Fulfilling audit requests by providing documentation and training completion reports for internal/external audit requirements and creating processes for automating same
• Promoting the global security awareness brand by engaging with the global program audience and responding to their enquiries, issues or problems in a timely and professionally supportive manner
• Undertake other reasonable duties as requested from time to time by the Security Awareness Lead and the Head of IT Risk, Governance & Compliance

• An understanding of Information Security & Risk Management practices and principles including regulatory requirements, codes & industry guidance, audit process and audit controls is an advantage
• Experience in administering training to technical/ non-technical professionals is an advantage
