3 Day Employee Engagement and Coaching Workshop 

KerrySciTech in partnership with South West Gnó Skillnet present the ‘Engage in Great Conversations’ programme with Master Executive Coach Ailbhe Harrington.

Stemming from the work of KerrySciTech’s HR Leaders’ Circle and discussions with member companies regarding the challenges relating to retaining talent in a highly competitive market, the aim of the programme is to develop the capacity of managers to be able to use coaching skills and a coaching approach in the development, engagement and management of their people.

The main objectives of the Programme are:

• to  develop managers in coaching competencies and the use of the tGROW coaching model.
• to integrate the application of a coaching model, skills and competencies into practice i.e. 1:1 and day-to-day engagement with people
