About Shane Finn:
Shane Finn is an endurance athlete based in Dingle. Over the last number of years Shane has completed 12 Marathons in 12 Days, 24 Marathons in 24 Days and completed Ironman Triathlons all over the world! Most recently he cycled and ran across the USA in 36 days. Shane is also a corporate speaker for companies such as IBM, ESB International, Boston Scientific, CPL Recruitment, Irish Life Insurances and many more. See more info – www.shanefinn.com
About Karen Weekes
Dr. Karen Weekes aims to be the first Irish female to row solo, 3,000 miles across the Atlantic in December 2021.Karen is a lecturer at Munster Technological University since 2004 on the Health and Leisure degree. With a PhD in sport psychology, Karen has worked extensively with both elite and non-elite athletes, specialising within the endurance genre. Endurance exploits have been a passion for Karen for all her life and has included both water and land based journeys. See more info – www.shecando2021.org
