Listal Ltd. is a manufacturer of medical filters and components. The company was established in 1993 and is a subsidiary of an Italian company, Industrie Borla SpA, a world leader in the manufacture of components for the medical device industry. Listal is located in Listowel, Co. Kerry and operates a class 100,000 cleanroom facility, with production lines operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The company is certified to international regulatory standards, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.

Initially, Listal’s production lines were plastic injection moulding and automated assembly and the product range included filters for I.V. sets, filters for dialysis and transfusion applications. In recent years, the company introduced silicone moulding, and silicone components were added to its product range.
